Fun with data!

This doesn’t fall into what I have been telling myself I “normally” post here, but I’ll explain that away with a simple link to Foreignerd and move on with my life.

Below the fold, you’ll find a statistical comparison of the last four zip codes I’ve lived in, thanks to zipskinny.com. I’ve removed some of the data so it’s not a huge, long spew. I’m just leaving stuff that I want to come back and stare at sometimes. In case you’re curious, it’s — in reverse chronological order — Harlem, N.Y.; Boulder, Colo.; Boston, Mass.; and Naples, Fla.

Quite different places. If I added in others in recent history — Studio City, Calif., and Englewood/Greenwood Village, Colo., notably — there would be even weirder numbers to look at. Alas, the layout of this blog is only so wide. Zipskinny is a pretty cool resource for nerds.
